How was everyone's Valentine's Day yesterday? Ours went great! Alan's little party had a very nice turnout, we all had a blast together! I will be sure to post about that sometime next week. I do not think that any of us took a single photo though lol, how silly are we! Lon surprised me with a dinner date to Applebee's KID FREE and then we went shopping for a movie (the new Judge Dredd, AWESOME), which was all awesome. I also got chocolates, yum! I am really picky about chocolates lol and he made a point to get me the PERFECT box of chocolates for me. Oh how I love him so much. He is just so perfect for me! Thanks baby! I am so very excited because Aunt Natalie and Uncle Jake are coming to town today! Yay! We have quite a bit we want to do with them here, I am just not sure what the exact plans are yet. Happy Friday everyone! I just cannot believe that tomorrow I will have a twelve week old. She is getting so big so fast, it is just crazy to me. Today I am subbing as an art teacher at the YMCA. Its only one class but it will be nice because I miss teaching art! :) There's not much else going on here, except for I was finally able to complete a load of dishes this morning! It has been a rough week for Anna for some reason (I think we might all be kinda sick with a common cold) so I have gotten NOTHING  done around the house. Including the dishes lol. Fail! I also realized that this is the week that everyone in the house forgot to rinse their plates off because dishes took me around an hour to do. And Anna was not at fault. Happy Thursday! The weather is just gorgeous again lol. Mother Nature can't make up her mind anymore lol! If I have the extra time today, I might take Alan to another park. Its so sunny out! We are just so excited for the Disney on Ice show tonight! Since Alan woke up this morning, all he can talk about is Mickey and Minnie lol. Ever since we found out we are having a little girl, my wonderful husband Lon has been on a endless task to find her the perfect name. If you do not know the story of where Alan's name came from, let me tell you. When I was pregnant with him, I wanted his name to be Wayne Steven Michael Andersen. He was to be named after three members of the Flaming Lips. Lon was a nice guy back then (not that he isn't now lol), and didn't want to hurt my feelings about how much he hated the name Wayne, so he waited to tell me until after we had had our little man. He had no ideas of his own for a name at the time though. So for the first two days of life Alan was only known as Anders. And we set out finding the perfect name for him. Alan was named Alan Mikael Andersen on his third day of life, and we can't see him being named anything else. Alan means "fair, handsome" and Mikael means "Gift from God." The weeks seem to just be flying by lol! So weird that I am already 21 weeks along! Today, Mother Nature is continuing to be crazy as all the snow is almost already fully melted lol. Oh well, Alan and I have housework and errands to run today, too busy for park playing anyways. :) But tomorrow night, we are going to Disney on Ice: Mickey and Minnie's Magical Journey with Grandma Melanie, Uncle Kalvin and Aunt April. Happy Leap Day everyone! Today is an uneventful day for this family, Lon and I both work so we don't have anything really planned. Alan and I did some more cleaning and organizing (I reluctantly got rid of all of Alan's baby clothes, won't have use for those) but other than that, nothing exciting. Let me tell you, it was quite the adventure having a toddler come to an appointment like that with you lol. He was a handful! Its week 16 finally! Wow these weeks just seem to fly by. Earlier this week, we had a morning sickness and dehydration scare that ended up with me in the ER with and IV in me. Ick! :) But ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to announce that I didn't pass out!! Go me lol! I also was put on an early paid maternity/sick leave for a bit at my personal assistant job, so I get to spend more time at home with my boy! Here's the Pregnancy Post a day late lol! Enjoy! We are already in week twelve! Wow time seems to fly by lol! Good morning everyone! Today is Alan's LAST art class for the school year! :( He and his father get the summer break off from art class so that I can take Alan to swimming lessons and we can go camping several times in the summer, guilt-free. :) I'm still really said that its his last class with me for a while, he's only been going for 3 months now, but I'm already used to having him. Plus I love all the art work he makes each class. Our house walls have never been more decorated. :) Oh well, he will start up again in September.
