Pregnancy Post: Week by Week! Week 33 **With Midwife Appointment Update**

Image
I have been offline pretty much all week (with the exception of going on FBMobile every once and a while) but not for the same reason as last week. I have surprisingly felt awesome and have spent my days at home cleaning, baking and preparing some more for Anna. Ummmm, can you say nesting lol? My mom is freaking out a bit at me, she thinks Anna is gonna come like tomorrow or something. Silly Grandma! :) I went shopping for Anna's car seat and possibly bouncy chair today and I found the perfect one! Its a Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat and I think its perfect. However, it is five dollars more than what I had in gift cards but at least now I know what I want! Maybe I can get it tomorrow since its pay day! This is what the car seat looks like. :) I had my midwife appointment yesterday. It was my second to last two week appointment. I will start my one week appointments mid-June. Yes, I am already that close! Wow! :D I saw Miss Pamela again and she was kind enough to let me

Memorial Weekend Plans: Operation Spring Cleaning and Declutter House for Anna!

I just wanted to stop by and give you an idea of what we are doing this weekend. :) Here is my extensive list, hoping to accomplish at least five things a day! Step One: Sort through Alan's toys, stuffed animals and clothes that are too small. Step Two: Clean and bleach all toys in the bathtub. Step Three: Expand Alan's play area in the living room to better accommodate for his age. Step Four: Take all of Alan's old clothes to second hand store to trade in. Step Five: Take my old clothes to Good Will for donations. Step Six: Sort through all of our dishes, wash them and deep clean the kitchen. Step Seven: Put everything that's packed in boxes back away. Step Eight: Clean our bedroom and organize it better. Step Nine: Hang up everyone's clothes in the closet and put away the rest. Step Ten: Put together Anna's stuff and set up her nursery! Step Eleven: Deep vacuum and shampoo carpet. Step Twelve: Deep clean bathroom. Step Thi

This will be short and sweet, as I am still not feeling so good today. Oddly enough, it has been rainy all week so Alan and I haven't gotten out much, except for today. Mother Nature, please bring back that nice summer weather we had last week! Its almost Memorial weekend! Here's this week's Pregnancy Post! How far along:  32 weeks and 4 days Size of Baby:  4 pounds and 17 inches long or the size of a jicama Developments of Baby:  Baby girl's skin is becoming softer and plumper in preparation for her arrival! Weight Gain:  Only at ten pounds, but I haven't lost anymore at least! Belly Button In or Out:  It is soooooo close to popping out and it grosses me out lol. I can't look at my bare belly anymore because of it. :P Maternity Clothes:  Hardly any this time around still. Just work pants and jeans really. I think I own two pairs o

My Baby Shower Through Pictures

Image
I have been very sick the past few days and its been hard for me to get out of bed to care for my rambunctious toddler, let alone sit at the computer to write a whole blog post. So I am sorry to say, but don't expect too much from me these past few weeks. I will make a point to at least post my weekly Pregnancy Posts but other than that, I can't gaurentee too much. :( However, I will do my best to maybe write a journal from bed that I can back log into posts on here. :) But for now, here is my picture filled post about Sunday's baby shower! :D Sunday was thankfully a beautiful and sunny day for us. We set up the majority of the party for outside, with the last two games set up for inside. Guests started arriving at noon and we hung out waiting for lunch to be ready. After a delicious barbecued lunch courtesy of my wonderful father and mother, we started playing the first two games. April, Jenelle and I explaining the Belly Game Alan chilling with his Aunt Ariel

Just a Quick Update...

Been really busy the past few days preparing for the baby shower on Sunday, so I don't have much to post. Sorry! It has been rainy the past two days as well, so Alan and I haven't done too much of anything. Tonight, my sister Natalie got into town for my shower. Yay! :D Alan and I have missed her a lot! I want to thank everyone who reads my blog, as of yesterday I am at 24,000 page views. Yes! Thanks for reading, you guys are what keeps this blog alive and thriving! :D I also did my 300th post the other day, wow two blog milestones in one week! Awesome man! Pretty much the only other thing that has happened is that yesterday we received a letter from Alan's beloved pediatrician, stating that she was taking the next three years off to study endocrinology and would not be able to be our pediatrician anymore. I am now really upset and stressed because I have to find Alan and Anna a new pediatrician before the end of June. And I feel like we got so lucky finding that pediat

Only nine more weeks left until she's here and we are officially in the hot part of the pregnancy. Ugh, I have just been dying lately. Its been a balmy 80 degrees out all week and it seems like no matter what I do to cool down, it doesn't work lol. I just become hot and sweaty again in two minutes. Oh well lol. :P My baby shower is Sunday and all this week we are scrambling to get everything ready for it. We are expecting around fifty people to show up. Lon is looking into buying us a Jeep Cherokee, he brought it home last night as a surprise for me. I got to use it all day today running errands and let me tell you, even though it is way bigger than I am used to and really LOUD, I think it is one of the safest vehicles we have ever owned. The Cadillac is the only thing that comes close. Sooooo, who knows if we will get it or not!!! But I like it lol! :D I also had my midwife appointment today, I will post more about that afterwards. But for now, here's this week's Pre
