Five Question Friday! March 30, 2012
Happy Friday everyone! Lon stayed home sick again today, so Alan and I spent a lot of our time out in the living room and outside in the front yard. We even went for a little walk around the neighborhood. Thankfully, it looks like Alan and I may have missed this virus completely. But keep your fingers crossed for us over the weekend! :)
I have most of this weekend off, just have to train a girl on a birthday party tomorrow at two. Yes! Tomorrow night we will probably be going to the Shrine circus with my family, I'm hoping Lon feels well enough to go too so we can make it a family affair.
Anyways, here is this week's Five Question Friday! Enjoy!
What giveaway would you like to do on your blog?
I have never done a giveaway on my blog before, but would love to do one if I was ever given the option.
It would be fun to do a kid's event ticket giveaway, like for Disney on Ice or Seasame Street Live, but that would be more of a localized giveaway. Other than that, maybe something I just loved using when Alan was little or that I will use with Anna, like the Bumbo seat or Moby Wrap. I'm struggling somewhat with coming up with ideas of cool things to give away lol.
If you had to choose between natural artistic ability and natural athletic ability, which would it be?
Natural artistic ability.
Oddly enough, I have been gifted with natural artistic ability and not natural athletic ability lol. I am really good at doing things like drawing, painting and dancing just not so much with sports. I have like no hand-eye coordination. Whatsoever lol.
Do you ditch the coat the minute it becomes "spring" or are you a holdout for more cool temps?
I totally ditch the coat and pull out the flip flops the minute I hear that temps are going to be above 60 degrees. I LOVE spring and the warm weather and can't wait for it to come every year!
What would you do if you won the mega millions lotto of 1/2 billion dollars?
Oh boy, that's a lot of money lol. I have a hard time with these types of questions because I am not normally a materialistic person.
I would probably buy a nice 4 bedroom house for my family.
Buy a more reliable car for myself, most likely a minivan. I know, classy lol.
Set up an college account for both of my children.
Pay for both Lon and I to go to college as well.
Pay back Lon's parents as well as mine.
Put some away in savings for the future.
Pay for a nice family vacation, in addition to a couple vacation for Lon and I. Maybe, Hawaii? :)
You are at a hotel by yourself...what do you do?
Well first off, I have no idea how I would have gotten there lol. I barely stay in hotels with my family and have never stayed in a hotel alone. Sorry lol, that's just me being a realist.
I will still play along of course though! I would probably go hot tubbing for a good amount of time (this is pretending that I am NOT pregnant at the time lol), treat myself to some Room Service, hang out in my room and watch movies, probably falling asleep early and sleeping in late, barely in time to catch the continental breakfast.
Basically, I would enjoy my time childless lmao? But when does that ever happen? :P
I hope everyone has a great weekend! I know we will, we plan on spending as much time as possible outside!! Speaking of that, I think its time to go out again... :D
