Five Question Friday!! May 6, 2011

Happy Friday everyone! I am so glad that its Friday because this week has drug by soooooooooo slowly and has been so stressful for me. I just can't wait for the weekend! Plus today is Uncle Kalvin's birthday party at the Reef. Alan and I will be making a short appearance there since its right during his nap time lol. :) Tonight I work only three hours at Child Watch and then get to go to Bryson's Photo Studio to view my wedding photos! :D Then Saturday I work all day (blah to the max lol) and Sunday is Mother's Day. :) So who knows what Lon and Alan have planned for me, they've been being very secreative lately.

And now for Five Question Friday!! Enjoy!

Have you ever had roommates?
Have I ever lol! I have had seven different roommates throughout my adult life.

How many names do you/your children have? (i.e. Prince Charming William Phillip Arthur Louis John Jacob Jingleheimer-Schmidt)
We both only have three names, but that almost wasn't the case for Alan. In utero, Alan was referred to as Wayne because that's what I was planning on naming him. His full name would have been Wayne Steven Michael Andersen, after three of the members of the Flaming Lips- Wayne Coyne, Steven Drozd, and Michael Ivins. However Alan was born and didn't look a thing like a Wayne so after two days of discussion, Lon and I came up with Alan Mikael. <3

I just love this man so. Wayne Coyne you are a genius!

Did you watch the Royal Wedding?
I did not. I actually had to sub Rock, Tumble and Roll that day for the teacher, who's dog was having puppies. But before going in, I googled Kate and Pippa's dresses lol. And that night, I googled just about all the info I could find about it. I got a little addicted you could say, but we both got married in April! :P

What is the messiest room in your house?
Alan's bedroom. It contains so many things, that aren't even his lol, and always ALWAYS looks horribly cluttered even after I just cleaned and organized. In Alan's bedroom we not only have his crib and dressers, but all of Lon's invention equiptment and the Christmas decorations and our extra folded clothes in baskets (we only have a puny closet to hang both Lon and I's clothes in) and Lon's artwork trunk and my boxed up book collection (No space in this apartment to put up books and a bookshelf) and the remaining of our trinket collection. Still not as bad as Hoarders, but it drives someone OCD like me UP THE WALL! :D

What is your ideal mothers day?
Is Lon reading this one??? Lol just joking. I'm such a brat sometimes. :P

I would simply have to say that my ideal Mother's Day would be spent camping with my family. I don't need any gifts, no material things, just relaxation and sunsets and memories. Give me that for Mother's Day please! :)

I love to camp and it would be the perfect relaxing getaway that I need right now. Unfortunately April and May's weather have not been permitting tent camping, which is the way I prefer to camp.

I have realized in the last few years that Mother's Day really screws us mamas over season wise. I mean mid May instead of mid June? How is that fair? Father's get summer and us mother's just get the sometimes rainy spring? Lmao, I'm not really that bent out of shape about it, but its good to joke about it lol. :) Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
